Forestry England pine wood and a regular UK battle lot (Gladiator, Wonder Woman). Season 2 staged Rook's Rest camp and much of the forest fighting here — Aegon, Aemond, Rhaenys and the dragons over the trees.

Admission: Public woodland. Stay on trails; production earthworks are gone.

Parking & accessibility: Signed forestry lots off the A287 / Tilford roads.

Best time to visit: Weekdays. Easy add-on from London or Leavesden.
