Real-world history
Ironwood-backed North Shore beach, locally called Police Beach, that became the survivors' main camp after production left Mokulēʻia. The tents, graves and Eko's church were built here.
Logistics & accessibility
Admission: Public shoreline via the beach access path. The land behind the sand is private; stay on the beach.
Parking & accessibility: Very limited street parking on residential Papaʻiloa Road. Do not block driveways; residents enforce it.
Best time to visit: May to October. Winter swell narrows the beach and makes swimming dangerous.
